For account safety, support will never ask for your password or one-time verification code.
Sign-in and account
Use the email or phone linked to the account when requesting a sign-in code. If it does not arrive, check the address or number and wait before resending. Never send anyone your password or verification code.
Medication and prescriptions
Review every medication name, dose, and duration before saving a draft. Do not place a real prescription or sensitive health data in a public report; use test data or redact personal information when documenting an issue.
Account and data deletion
You can start a verified request on the account-deletion page even if the app is no longer installed. Cancelling a store subscription is a separate action.
Contact support
Direct support is available inside the app. If you cannot sign in, use the access-recovery guidance on the account-deletion page. This page never asks for payment details or account secrets.
Medical emergencies
Bwaqtah is an organization and reminder tool, not an emergency service. If there is an urgent health risk, contact local emergency services or a healthcare professional immediately; do not wait for support.
